Waiting Time & Cancellation Charges
Every booking includes a free loading and unloading allowance. If a collection or delivery runs over that allowance, waiting time is charged per 30 minutes (or part thereof) at the rate below. Cancellation charges apply if a booking is cancelled after a vehicle has been dispatched or has arrived.

Free allowance and waiting time
Each booking includes the free loading and unloading time shown below. Once that allowance is used, waiting time is charged per 30 minutes (or part thereof), at a higher rate once total waiting time passes 120 minutes.

“30–120 mins” and “120+ mins” are the total waiting time once the free allowance above has been used. Rates for vehicles not listed here, such as a 26T Lorry, are confirmed at the time of booking.
Cancellation charges
Once a booking is confirmed, a vehicle is allocated and dispatched specifically for your consignment. If you need to cancel, the following charges may apply:
