What defines the hire boundary and final cost?
The price and operating limit depend on vehicle type, start location, hire duration, expected mileage, waiting, route geography and any handling requirement. The booking should define who can issue instructions, where the vehicle finishes and how overtime or additional mileage is authorised before the shift begins.

How should a day-hire shift be managed?
