Delivery control 01
Dedicated same day delivery suits consignments whose delay, transfer or loss would create a larger commercial problem than the transport cost. Common uses include replacement parts, customer orders, booked-site materials, sensitive equipment and urgent documents. The service prioritises direct custody, active communication and delivery against the confirmed requirement.

Delivery control 02
A parcel network consolidates many consignments through depots, scans and scheduled routes. Dedicated delivery allocates one vehicle to the confirmed movement and travels directly between the collection and delivery points. It reduces planned handling and gives operations a clear route, named contacts, milestone updates and accountable proof at the destination.
| Delivery method | Operating model |
|---|---|
| Dedicated same day | One assigned vehicle, direct route and active operations control. |
| Parcel network | Shared hubs, scheduled scans and consolidated delivery routes. |
| Pallet network | Shared trunking and depot handling against network schedules. |
| Day hire | Vehicle and driver allocated for an agreed working window and customer brief. |

Delivery control 03
Operations sends updates when the booking is confirmed, a driver is assigned, the goods are collected, the driver is travelling to delivery and the handover is complete. Live GPS tracking can be provided when requested. Material delays or access problems are escalated with revised information rather than left as unexplained tracking gaps.
The booking begins with route, cargo, timing and access information. Operations selects the vehicle and confirms the plan before dispatch. The driver checks the prepared load, collects it and travels direct. Delivery is completed with the agreed recipient process and a proof record containing name, signature, timestamp and photograph.

Quote preparation
Route, timing, cargo, handling constraints and site conditions determine the usable vehicle plan. Complete information lets operations qualify the work without avoidable assumptions.
